We cannot express our gratitude for this company. They are amazing. The team of: Angel, Yamiel, Damte, Tyler and Teddy were awesome… so polite, doing whatever was needed, and always called before coming to the house. They helped us during the Christmas holidays when we had family coming in and made adjustments so our holiday wasn’t ruined.

I had an issue with water infiltrating through the roof into an upstairs room. Dante came out to test for mold. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate his effort, input and thoroughness. The folks I dealt with in the office were very organized and responsive. A well oiled machine!

I can't say enough good things about Kingsley, especially the crew that came out to our house. Dante, Angel, Yaniel, Teddy, Tyler, and even Kendria in the office. Everyone we dealt with was professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. We had a major sudden water leak and they had to remove about 700 sqft of hardwoods. I thought, this is going to take all week. But they had it removed and drying equipment installed in about a day and a half. Dante and Angel came back to make sure everything was drying out right and answered any question I had in person or on the phone. I would highly recommend using them for any water related issues or cleanup.

We got a direct hit from hurricane Ian. We saw Mike working on a house down the road. We asked him to see us.they worked from sun up to sun down everyday. These guys are fantastic! They take the muck away. Even took all the trash away. I would recommend them highly!!! After uncovering mold/water damage in a recently purchased home, I did not really know who to turn to. I hit a home run when I made the decision to call Kingsley. Mike promptly came out and completed a thorough inspection. Believe it or not, he actually gave me a step by step breakdown of how I could resolve the issue myself. Saving me tons. You just don’t find businesses or people willing to help you like that these days. If I were to ever encounter something like this again, I know without a doubt who I would call. Do yourself a favor and do the same!

This company is *amazing*. They were the 3rd company we spoke with regarding concerns about potential mold and requesting testing. The 1st two told us they'd call back. One we still haven't heard from, the other a day or so after expected. When your health could be at stake, you don't wait around for a phone call past the expectation, so I did some due diligence once again and called Kingsley, who was responsive in a timely manner. At every step, this company delivered and even went above and beyond. Dante came to assess, completed an inspection, and thankfully did not find mold inside the home (the area of concern was exterior but with concerns it could have moved inside). He was an excellent communicator, personable, and professional. He told us we could run testing on the air filters, but the ducts needed a good cleaning anyway so we just proceeded with the cleaning. Angel & Tyler came to clean the ducts. They, too, were wonderful. We spoke when they arrived about how the process works, and they also were personable, polite, and professional. Beforehand, I called into the office to find out what the process was so that pet arrangements could be made. Jean in the office told me her thoughts but then called back to confirm what she had told me. She double checked to be sure. She called towards the end of the cleaning and asked how the job was going and to make payment arrangements. *Top notch* customer service from this company at *every single step* and always answering any questions we had. I've already referred them to someone else needing duct cleaning and will continue to do so!

Dante did an awesome job. He was prompt, kind, efficient, and informative. We did a mold test. Hope we don’t have mold and don’t need more services but if we do - we will continue with Kingsley!

Couldn't have possibly gone any better. From Kendria (the office manager), to Dante (who performed the estimate and checked the completed work), to Teddy and Aaron who performed the work... every step was easy and painless. And, the price was fair. THANK YOU! PS - Angi contacted three possible firms for us. One never responded, and the other repeatedly fell short in getting back to us because they were "too busy." I called Kingsley around 6:30am upon waking up to a flooded bathroom and by 9:00am they were here with a full crew to tear out damaged areas and set up drying equipment.
