Great guys! I highly recommend them to anyone with a mold problem. The cost was over a thousand dollars less than the next lowest quote.

Mike and his team are the epitome of the consummate professionals. My family and I just went through an extensive mold Abatement process. We are not contractors, so we were thoroughly confused at the process. I called Mike and explained the problem. He dropped everything and showed up he same day to assess how bad our situation was. The underside of our house is completely new, scrubbed, and clean. DO NOT WASTE TIME with other companies, get your job done right the first time and get that small business relationship that other companies cannot duplicate.

Mike K was proactive and knowledgeable about FEMA's remediation requirements. He was always available for my questions which is important to a consumer in a disaster situation. Neighbors who used other "brand name" remediation companies paid more for less, and with less personal service than Kingsley.

This company is great. They were on time, fair, considerate, and did a great job. They always cleaned up after themselves (and vacuumed too). They also went above and beyond to help me when my house was flooded including hauling trash to the dump and other things that I needed help with that were not strictly part of the job. I would definitely recommend them.
