A big thank you to Jojo, Austin, and Dante at Kingsley for helping with our water damage. They arrived within hours on a weekend and got straight to work. They were very responsive, informative, and professional throughout our remediation process. I highly recommend Kingsley and if we ever have to go through this again they will be my first call.

Angel and Armando did an outstanding job ensuring our basement flooding was taken care of quickly and effectively. They moved all of the heavy furniture in the problem areas and established a rapid drying process to prevent mold/mildew accumulation as well as sprayed a preventative. These guys are real pros at handling the cleanup.

Comment: I had water damage in my home which was overwhelming and chaotic. I chose Kingsley based on past reviews and the initial call I made with Jeanne. She was beyond understanding and helpful even if some of my questions didn’t make sense. Teddy, Angel, and Jojo were sent out to my house to set up what seemed like a bunch of equipment, but helped me understand the process and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dante made a point to come out to my house and answered a bunch more questions I had and helped put me at ease by walking me through the process, the plan, and the “why” behind it all. He checked in with me and my house multiple times. I definitely felt like a priority to them! I was very concerned with my house having possible lingering issues moving forward, but I know they did the job 100% correctly and communicated everything they did along the way. I’m beyond happy I went with Kingsley and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone going through a similar situation. Especially if this is your first time! I didn’t ever feel like a job number or a paycheck. They were all very professional, kind, and personable. 10/10!

Jo Jo and Teddy were very professional and respectful during this very difficult situation due to the smoke damage in my home. They cleaned it up and giving the information to my insurance company to make this as smooth as possible given the event that happened.

I would give them 10 Stars if I could!! We had a pipe burst in our house. Matt was quick to get back to me and sent a crew over right away. Angel and Armando have been with us the entire project. Angel was great at keeping me informed every step of the way and very flexible as different obstacles came up. Jean is in the office and she has been so patient and understanding along with helping me relax while dealing with the insurance company. They did everything they said they were going to do, along with being clean and efficient. The project manager Dante stopped by to do final inspection. Everyone I have dealt with at Kingsley has been incredibly friendly and helpful during a very chaotic and uncertain time. Hopefully we won't need too 😆 but I would be happy to work with Kingsley again in the future.

Angel and Tyler came out to my property today and helped resolve an emergency water leak. They were quick thorough and efficient. We highly recommend working with Kingsley Water Damage and Fire Cleanup. We had flooding water damage that was continuing to get worse even after the water was turned off. The damage was upstairs and causing the flooring/downstairs ceiling beneath to fall through increasingly as time passed and the water soaked through more. Not initially realizing Kingsley served the Florence area, we called two local Florence companies who list local phone numbers. However, after waiting hours for callbacks that never materialized, we realized through further communication that their phone numbers only connected us to corporate offices. The answering service workers at those offices simply put in email notices to the local branches that probably wouldn't even be seen by their local workers until Monday. Our damage happened on a Friday night. We were falsely given the impression by those two other companies, which claim they're available 24/7, that they would call us back soon and help us begin the remediation process. Waiting for them until Monday would have meant much more damage and mold spreading throughout our house. Working with Kingsley was a completely different and wonderful experience. We received a callback within just a few minutes after sending them a message about our ordeal. Angel then immediately set out driving from Columbia and arrived to start our remediation process within two just hours. He and Teddy worked diligently and efficiently to get our problem under control and stop further damage from happening. The pack-out team also did a wonderful job. They took great care when taking out items in the affected rooms and securing them in a storage unit for safe keeping until repairs are complete. They worked so quickly, efficiently, and quietly that we hardly could tell they were even here. Dante and Erick from the Florence office did outstanding work as well. They consistently checked in to make sure all needed remediation work was completed as needed, and it was finished in a very timely, professional manner. Dante also helped us make sure there was no mold with which to contend after the flooding. If you're looking for a company that provides excellent, timely service for water damage and/or fire cleanup needs, don't waste your time calling other companies, and call Kingsley. It's truly no wonder they have over three hundred five-star reviews!
