Mike and his team were timely, thorough and professional in mitigating the water damage in my home. Time was of the essence in mitigating water from an upstairs bathtub that overflowed. When I called Kingsley LLC, Mike quickly diverted his crew to my house where they immediately set up their equipment to begin removing the affected sheet rock and cabinets and initiating the drying procedure. He clearly communicated the status of the work in progress and provided details on what materials and work was required to return the affected rooms to prime condition. When we discovered that our hot water line glue failed and was spraying water directly onto our subfloor causing a huge mess along with tons of black mold I was in panic mode. We called our home owners insurance company to file a claim and we were told to first call a plumber to fix the seal, then we were told to go ahead and call a water mitigation company. I was at a loss on who to call so I started calling around to the large chain mitigation companies and they did not think it was a serious enough problem to come out on a Saturday so I kept searching and calling around until I found a company who took our issue seriously. That’s when I found Kingsley LLC and I’m so glad that I did. Mike was at our house an hour after we called. He got started on things right away while making sure our family was safe. Mike was awesome at explaining everything that he was doing to treat the water damage and mold in a way that I was able to understand and answered all of my many questions. The water damage was pretty extensive and sub flooring ended up having to be torn out. Mike dealt with the insurance adjuster to get everything approved, making the process a seamless one. The whole under side of our house looks brand new. Mike handled everything from replacing the damaged insulation and moisture barrier to the scrubbing of the mold. Mike and his team fixed our home to better than new condition. I will be recommending him to any and everyone that needs any water, mold, and prevention work done.

We hired Kingsley llc for water restoration after a hose to our sink broke when we weren't home. The entire first floor flooded. As soon as I called and spoke to Mike, I knew I made the right decision. They were at my house within an hour starting to extract water. When I come across good people & good businesses I love it! Some times unexpected things happen that are out of your control I am renting a property and expected there may be a mold problem. This company came out and first off Visually inspectioned my home and they told they wouldn’t charge me unnecessarily if they didn’t see or expect mold. They went above and beyond checking underneath the tile, in craw spaces etc. to make me more secure of the the place I was renting. Because I was very concerned about my family’s health. This company went into details about the health issues mold can cause and also preventive ways to reduce common mold found in homes. They got me the proof I needed for my situation and most importantly did a fantastic job proving services. I am definitely keeping this company’s number and passing on the good word. I wholeheartedly support this company.

Mike did a great job! We had a roof leak that resulted in mold on our bathroom ceiling. He explained the process of removal very clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. He was able to schedule me quickly. He and his crew came in and were very professional and thorough. They were attentive to detail and comprehensive. Reasonably priced. Most importantly, it's obvious that Mike cares about the quality of work and the customer's satisfaction. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had been smelling mold in the bathroom for awhile, but insisted on brushing it off due to the holiday rush (and possibly the mistaken belief that, if we ignored it, it would go away). I finally broke down and started researching qualified mold specialists in the area, choosing Kingsley because they had great reviews and responded in short order. Mike was able to come out and give us a free estimate much more quickly than I anticipated, and was also instrumental in helping us find a contractor to fix the problem. Mike and another member of his crew(I can’t remember his name, but he was quite nice) came by to remediate the moldtoday. Not only did they arrive on time, but they also didn’t attempt to take advantage of me, a person who knows next to nothing about mold. Their prices are extremely fair, not dirt cheap, but entirely reasonable, especially given the quality of work and overall level of service. I will not hesitate to use them again.

We had a mold issue in our crawl space after a hot water pipe leaked. Our insurance company sent out an adjuster who evaluated the situation and advised us to get estimates and choose someone to do the job. I contacted 3 companies for estimates and chose Kingsley, LLC based on the positive reviews, a fair estimate, and Michael's willingness to answer all my questions regarding the process. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner, and my crawlspace looked even better than it did prior to the leak.After the job was completed, Michael gave further advice about steps to take to minimize the possibility of a reoccurence due to other issues he observed. I would definitely recommend Kingsley, LLC for many water damage or mold issues.

Michael was able to come do an assessment within days of us contacting him - even before all the roads had opened up! He gave us a free estimate, clearly explained the process, and managed to start work a few days early when another customer had a change of plans. Throughout the whole process, Michael stayed in regular communication with us and worked to accommodate our needs. Extremely professional, Kingsley Restoration did an exceptional job on our crawl space and garage, and had us back to normal within just a few weeks (lightning speed, given the sheer amount of work to be done in our region after the storm).
