Easy to work with, professional, and timely. Upon discovering some old water damage in my home’s bathroom, I contacted Mike. He performed an assessment the next day. The work was completed quickly and during Christmas time! I was so appreciative that this wrench thrown into my plans went as smoothly as one could hope. We had a big water mess at our house, called Kingsley and they arrived promptly and it was after hours. Joseph and Austin came right in and got a handle on our water issues. It was a nice sense of relief when they walked in and knew exactly what to do when we felt overwhelmed. Everyone was professional and ALWAYS prompt. They explained everything that needed to be done and answered all questions. The owner (Michael) came to house several times and was great, he and his crew worked all weekend. Joseph came out from this company and was very professional very knowledgeable and even assisted me with getting my claim setup He got right to work and didn’t want to take a break I was very happy and feel better he even made sure I understood how everything works I would recommend him and this company most definitely.

10 OUT OF 10, WOULD CALL AGAIN! Imagine our dismay when we had a water leak in our bathroom that soaked our hardwood flooring and drywall. This had been ongoing for some time and we were completely unaware of the issue due to the location in our closet that we use to store luggage and other items we rarely use. The mold had already started growing and we were freaking out! Luckily, Mike and his team were in the area and they were there within the hour. They removed all of the wet and moldy drywall, baseboards, flooring, treated the mold on the wall studs, and had the drying equipment set up and running quickly. The closet was sealed off to prevent the spread of mold throughout our home which I thought was a nice touch. Once completed, the work area was cleared of all debris and trash, the workers were professional, knowledgeable, and were more than happy to answer all of my â what ifâ questions. The equipment they left behind dried and purified the air to help speed the dry time. Their visits on the following days to measure the amount of moisture left and make sure the equipment was operating properly was quick and we hardly noticed they were there. The overall experience was like a dream, because after the flooring and drywall was repaired, itâ s like it never happened. We now keep their number on our refrigerator in the event we have another issue. Itâ s like having insurance, without the premium! I highly recommend the Kingsley team. They are truly the BEST!

I was really impressed with this company. They were very responsive and did a great job drying out our attic after an AC incident. Austin did an excellent job keeping us updated and helping us understand the process and what our options were. Very professional too! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed water remediation services!

There is no one more customer oriented, ethical, and professional than Michael Kramer. He responded to our call within minutes. After his inspection, he informed us that the mold was not extensive and with some advice (free) from him, we could take care of it with minimal cost. What a breath of fresh air! We own multiple investment real estate properties and he will be the only one we call if we need mold restoration services again.
