so very pleased with kingsley. michael did exactly what he said he would and finished on time. would highly recommend. excelent job. very professional. nice people. dried us out got, got rid of mold then cleaned everything up. michael even swept my floors and wiped down all dust from demo. so nice to get help from such a good business.

They were able to come right out when I really needed them. They were nice, worked hard and really seemed to know what they were doing.

Mike Kingsley and company are the BEST hands down! Mike was responsive and prompt in addressing my issues and concerns. Kingsley was able to remove all the mold and demo everything from under the house where the mold was and then dry everything to prevent any further damage from the water. Kingsley and his team were very professional and considered of all that I had going on. Mike spoke with the insurance company and followed up with all they needed as well as what I needed. I would definitely give them the highest recommendation possible.

Mike is the best person I met during my water leak problem. Long to short: if you are lucky to hire Mike (if his schedule is free), you will have amazing service. He works with you and your insurance. Most of well known firms try to charge double of Mike's estimate and try to take advantage of YOUR insurance. I am so happy that Mike handled my problem. As a property owner living on the other side of the country, it's hard for me to find quality contractors to work with when things go wrong at my rental property in Eastover, SC. I hit the jackpot finding Mike - he has been THE BEST. Mike was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The tenant was unable to show (without notice) for one of the days we had set, yet Mike was understanding and did not give me any grief about the inconvenience. He worked with the tenant directly and handled the situation in an expedient manner. Mike kept me in the loop via text/photos from start to finish. Need other contractors outside of this scope? Ask Mike. He referred a flooring company to me that has been awesome. I can assure you that you won't regret hiring Kingsley LLC for your water/mold mitigation needs!

Kingsley LLC is an amazing company. Mike was very responsive and prompt in addressing my issues and concerns. He and his team came in moved the furniture in their way, cleaned and dried the area I was having an issue with and put the furniture back. I was very impressed with their ability to keep dirt and dust to a localized area. Mike has excellent customer service skills and had honest and fair pricing. He even checked an area for me that had a previous issue and gave me honest feedback. I will definitely keep his number close, just in case any other issues arise in the future. This is a company you should definitely choose to handle any mold issues you may come across.

From the moment that Mike walked in my home, my spirit was not uneasy at all!! His calm and comforting demeanor helped me to remain calm as a female. He answered every single question I had (and I had a lot) and was very upfront with everything! He showed up exactly at the time he said he would and that meant a lot. I had a water pipe bust in my house which flooded the upstairs all the way down to the crawl space. Kingsley Restoration responded quickly and was able to demo everything, including tile and hardwood flooring, and then dry everything to prevent any further damage from the water. Very professional and would highly recommend for anyone needing restoration or mitigation help. Will definitely use again!

Excellent service

Hey! I had a water link behind my stove...I Called Kingsley. They came right away and got started. I had to leave, and when I came back 5 hours later they were done! They tore everything out that was went and needed to be gone, and they cleaned!!! They are nice guys, and did a great job! Thanks guys!!!

Michael helped our whole neighborhood after Hurricane Harvey. He brought fans and dehumidifiers to dry out our homes. Failed the mold inspection first time and he went through our house until we found the problem area!
