Kingsley restoration was professional, ethical and quick to find solutions to a mold issue we recently ran across. We received another quote from a competitor, Kingsley was more reasonable and thorough with their solution. The employees we worked with were Matt and Byron, they were responsive and quick to explain complicated issues. They were also able to handle an asbestos removal process by referring us to another company they partner with. Now we can move on from this problem with confidence in knowing this house is safe and mold has been fully rectified.

They informed us of exactly what was going to be done each step of the way and the entire process only took 2 hours from arrival to departure. I've had to have water remediation done to my house on three separate occasions, and the last two times were done by Kingsley. Matt answered immediately after business hours and sent a team to help. Angel and Armando have been so helpful in what is typically a stressful situation. We discovered water damage in our bathroom and kitchen and they came out within an hour of us calling and talked to us step by step on what was going to happen. It took a little bit to get it all dry but they came by every day to make sure and gave great communication. I highly recommend them!

We woke up one Sunday morning and found that the freezer part of my fridge had leaked all over the kitchen floor. I immediately looked up water damage companies and I found Kingsley’s water restoration. I called the number and I got this very professional person at the other end named Jeanne. She told me exactly what needed to be done and contacted the crew of Teddy and Yarnel to come out. They were here within an hour. The project manager Dante first came by to asses the situation. He relayed to the crew what materials they needed to bring. Teddy and Yarnel quickly set up the blowers to dry out the floors. Before they put the blowers on the flooring had to be removed. They worked diligently to remove the wet floor. Teddy told me exactly what he was doing every step of the way. For 3 days the blowers were on and each day Dante came by to check the wetness. By the end of the 3 days the blowers were shut off. The water was dried up and then our next step was to have the insurance company check out the damage. The crew had pictures of the before and after and the paperwork was sent to the insurance company. Kendria in the office helped me deal with the insurance end of things. I would very, very highly recommend this company for any water damage and restoration. Jeanne was amazing and the rest of the crew was outstanding! 😄

I had a water pipe burst causing water damage to upstairs bedrooms and bath and the ceiling downstairs. Austin and Sam did the clean up. They both were very professional and knowledgeable. Sam and Austin worked hard and kept me calm at the same time keeping me updated on each and every detail they did. Highly recommend Kingsley.

Big thanks to Angel, Armando, Dante, and Austin. I had a recent overflow from my washing machine in which the laundry room was on second floor. The flooding happened in the middle of the night and caused water seeping into my ceiling and floors on both levels. These guys came out within hours and took care of everything. They were very professional and communicated with me and my family on every step. The Kingsley team coordinating were also empathetic and helpful. Hopefully this never happens again, but if I need any restorative or cleanup service, I definitely will use again!
