Highly dependable, knowledgeable, professional and respectful company. Donte and the team did an excellent job with the mold treatment in my home. The work was completed in a timely manner and they honored my request to come early to remove the equipment. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to end. Charges were much less than previously quoted. Kingsley desires 10 stars.

We came home on a Friday afternoon to find it raining in our living room! Upstairs master bathroom had overflowed for hours causing water to drip from the first floor ceilings and even through light fixtures. I quickly called Kingsley after Googling companies and glancing who had the best reviews. Now I know why they had a perfect 5 star rating... I had 2 techs show up, Sal and Josh, within the hour and they got straight to work. Not only did they explain what was going on they quickly began the process of looking beyond the water we could see to what was hidden. With their help, equipment and 3 days of drying and dehumidifying we prevented any further damage. Both men were great examples of who works for you and represents your company MATTERS! They showed up everyday checking to make sure nothing stopped working or that no additional damage had gone unseen. Sal even showed up on Super Bowl Sunday to make sure we were good to go for the final 24 hour haul. The team on the phone who took the initial call to the office manager Kendria who called over the weekend letting me know what was going to happen and the process it would take were ALL amazing. 5 stars for company and 5+++ for the people who make it happen on the daily! They did what they quoted for less than they quoted. Can't complain. They had a very good itemized quote that was very accurate and should have made replacement very easy to get quoted accurately. (didn't help the crew I hired but that's 100% on the other company)

Van, Teddy and Brian were amazing. Came home to a house that had been pouring water for 3 days. Called the service and they were there in an hour and 15 minutes. They had all the water removed in less than 2 hours and started the drying process on a Sunday night!! They came Monday and started demolition. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get everything up. These guys are the absolute best!! Very professional, courteous, sympathetic, punctual, and most of all VERY hard working. I couldn’t be more pleased with a company!! Highly recommend their service!!

I needed a mold inspection on short notice. Mike was able to come out within 24 hours and perform the inspection. He was on time, polite, professional, and explained the status of the property. We'll definitely be using this company for future needs.

Kingsley is an excellent company. I used them this January to remediate a water disaster in my home. They also found mold from a previous homeowner's leak, removed moldy insulation from the crawlspace, and cleaned all the floor joists beneath the house. Altogether, I spent approximately 2 weeks with their crew in and out of my home. They were trustworthy and very considerate. They are professional and caring people... from the office manager to the crew, everyone impressed me. They always presented a written quote for me to review prior to doing any work, as well. My mom used Kingsley for her water damage needs after the winter storm hit Houston hard. Sal and Josh were our two main guys who came by daily to check on the status of the drying process. These two guys went above and beyond! They went the extra mile and helped by moving furniture and removed all of the carpet in one of the bedrooms. They happily nailed up boards to every opening at my moms request as she’s a scaredy cat of unwanted animal guests. They were extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, reliable, patient and friendly!
