Dante, Teddy and Kendria all took care of me in my time of need! They were fast, friendly and professional during a major emergency. They took time to talk me through the water mitigation and insurance process. They made sure everything was clean, safe and answered any follow-up questions after the job was done. I would absolutely use again and recommend.

We had significant water damage occur upstairs that also damaged much of the downstairs. Kingsley responded within a couple of hours of our call and set up immediate containment and spent the rest of the week remediating all affected areas. We thought our boat was sunk when Christmas Eve our neighbor’s pipes burst and flooded our master bedroom. Fortunately, I called Kingsley first. They arrived on Christmas Eve to begin work immediately. In 6 days they had pumped the water out, removed the old carpet and pad, measured the damage, cut the drywall and trim affected, set up dryers and dehumidifier, monitored the mitigation with 3 days worth of sampling, dried everything out and were finished! Kendria, who manages the day to day customer service was more than just a voice on the phone. She was so helpful and respectful to me and my family. Kingsley took the pictures and tests that the insurance company needed and were keenly aware of what had to be done. We are extremely grateful to the men and women of Kingsley for all they do. This is the highest recommendation I can give you… Kingsley is a superior water mitigation company. At 72 years old, I have had a lot of companies to perform services for me in many different situations. The service I got was over the top. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous are not definitive enough. They explained everything as they did the work and explained to my satisfaction. I thank God for the research my daughter did to find them. Could not have been qualified for the work that was completed in such a timely manner. 👍I would like to also thank Bradley and Teddy for amazing service and kindness for an old lady. Then Dante and Chris finished within three visits and again the kindness and service was over the top. Well done guys.
