We had an excellent experience with technician Dante from Kingsley Water Damage Services of Columbia, SC. I called late afternoon on 6/28/23 concerned about possible mold in my daughter's house. Dante understood my concern and offered to inspect the following day (6/29/23). He was prompt, professional, and thorough. Extra steps were taken to ensure we have an accurate assessment. We are awaiting the results. It is evident this business does not inflate jobs for money. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed.

We called Kingsley to get a mold inspection related to a roof leak and they sent Dante the next morning. Dante was professional and efficient; he showed up early and took the samples quickly for inspection. He also thoroughly explained what they look for and what to expect with testing. We will most definitely be using Kingsley again for any mold or water related issues we have in the future!

While certainly not a call I ever planned to make, I'm glad I did! Kingsley responded extremely promptly to my Sunday evening call in regards to a flooded house/washing machine. Kingsley was very responsive to my need for mold remediation due to a faucet leak. Dante came immediately to acess the damage, sent me an estimate the next day and after making an appointment, he, Matt & Teddy showed up early each time.....did a great job, AND cleaned up everything very well. Matt even cleaned my countertops! Great job, Dante, Matt, and Teddy!

My overall experience with Kingsley was an A+ I was able to get a hold of them immediately unlike like other companies that I called, they were very responsive and walked me through the whole process in a very respectful and professional way. Dante came out today to assess our situation after a water leak caused some damage within our home. He was professional, thorough, and although he delivered bad news, we've now got a plan for next steps to get everything resolved.
