I called Matt Hall and asked him to come to my brothers house to mitigate some water damage after some water damage happened. The crew showed up after 30 minutes and took care of everything for him. Awesome work and made my life as the contractor putting everything back together so much easier. Awesome people and awesome crews.

Teddy, Taylor, angel and yaniel got here earlier then said they would be here and that is a huge plus with me!!!! They did nice work too!!!!

The morning of 8 Feb 2024 I woke up to water pouring from every light fixture in my house down stairs and gallons of water all over the floor. After turning off the water I called Kingsley on my brothers advice. With in 30 mins they had a crew out to my house Angel, Yamiel, Tyler and Teddy came in and started working to dry out house and pulled parts of the floor that had been damaged due to water. Bagged it and everything. Then they build some plastic walls to help dry out the areas, set up dehumidifier and a ton of fans and most important to me was they took every bit of care not to stress out my cats any more that what had happen. Angel came by each day to check on things and answered any questions that I had, even going as far as to answer my text. Kendria and Matt helped me with talking to my home insurance b/c who would ever thing there home would be flooded like this. Note for anyone reading this when the home insurance guy offers to get you a hotel take it, take your pets and go the fans are loud and it gets hot. My house was about 98 to 110 and sounded like a C130 was taking off. So while I hope no one ever has to deal with water damage in there home. If you do call Kingsley they are fast, professional and they will help with talking to your insurance company.

Kingsley's team was on site quickly and they were able to quickly start working on the damage. They took all necessary measures to protect the stairs and furniture throughout the process. They also created air tight spaces to prevent dust and debris outside of the affected area. Very efficient and knowledgeable team! Do not hesitate to call them to protect your biggest investment. We have had multiple mold inspectors and remediation companies come to the house to try and help us find hidden mold that was significantly impacting our families health. Kingsley was by far the most thorough in looking for areas that mold could be present behind walls and under flooring that had previous water damage. I was so frustrated by the dismissiveness of my concerns by all the professionals that had come prior to Kingsley because none of them had the knowledge or insight on how to look for “hidden” mold and when they didn’t visually see any thing they gave simple suggestions and recommendations that I knew were a joke and would not help our situation. Once Dante did a full home inspection he restored my hope and sanity by confirming key areas that had obvious mold impact and gave us a very detailed remediation protocol that finally gave us a road map to fixing our home and our heath! Dante was very knowledgeable and professional and showed sympathy for our situation and the run around we continued to get from other companies that we had previously hired to help us. I am so grateful to Dante for the knowledge and recommendations he gave us and while we are still trying to prepare the home for remediations to begin, we are confident that Kingsley will be the company we use to move forward with fixing the invasive mold problems in our home.

I would like to thank Angel, Dante Yaniel, Teddy, Tyler, and Jane for assisting me with water damage that was done to my home. They came in right away and was very professional from the beginning until the end. Communication was excellent. The job they perform was excellent. I would most definitely recommend this company for your restoration needs. I will definitely be using this company again hopefully not soon but if I ever need to I know just who to call. Maybe a week before Christmas, my husband and I had a city sewer line back up into our house. Hundreds of gallons of raw sewage flooded my bathroom and crawlspace - it would have been even worse if nobody had been home to notice it, dam it in with towels, and carry it out in buckets. This is our first house and we had only moved in two weeks prior! Absolute nightmare. Kingsley Restoration was the first name to pop up when I searched for mitigation companies in the area and I am so happy that it was! They were out there maybe an hour after I called - they thoroughly cleaned and disinfected a VERY foul mess, took away what contaminated materials could be immediately removed, and set up machinery to keep everything dry and stabilized while we were away for Christmas. Since it was raw sewage, the floors, walls, and even the vapor barrier under the house had to come out and everything underneath/behind them disinfected. They removed everything but the walls; the office took care of contracting an asbestos abatement company for those. Now everything is done and ready to be replaced. At the time it felt like the end of the world, but they really did amazing work and even though everything still need repairing, it finally feels like things are on their way back to normal. As much as their experience and work is to be praised, I also want to mention the compassion and empathy I received. Everyone, from the men who came and worked on the house (Dante, Yaniel, Angel, Tyler, and Teddy) to the ladies in the office (Kendria and Jean), were all very supportive and understanding. They answered all of my (many) questions as well as they could, and I really felt *heard*. It meant a lot and really helped me stay sane. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I appreciate everything and can't thank them all enough!

I recently had the opportunity to have my home inspected for any water leakage or mold in and under my 5 year old home. I contacted Kingsley Restorations and one of their technicians (Dante) came out and performed a complete check. Dante was very pleasant and professional and completed the whole check in around 45 minutes. Luckily, he didn't find any water leak problems. I would highly recommend Kingsley Restorations for any water issues you may have.

Dante was so great! He talked us through the situation in our building, and was so respectful of our space and thoughtful when determining how we can get it taken care of. Punctual, helpful, and determined to solve the issue!

I had a broken pipe in my bathroom, Dante came out to look at it the next day and was super informative. Angel and Janiel came the following day, took out and discarded the damage super fast and left the bathroom spotless. Our office had an unexpected pipe burst in the evening around 8pm, and within 30 minutes or less, the Kingsley team was onsite to help with cleanup and drying. Our project manager, Dante, was highly responsive to our questions and wonderful to work with. The whole crew, Angelo, Yaniel, Teddy and Tyler were quick to action and highly professional.

First, let me thank the men, Teddy, Angel, Tyler, Yaniel, Steven, Dante and Matt, who put in the hard work to pull out the kitchen floors and cabinets due to water damage from an unexpected leak. They arrived the same day we called, explained the process and told us their primary goal was to dry and preserve the wood so that new flooring could be installed. When we had after hours questions, they returned calls promptly and even sent two men to the house on a Saturday to double check the equipment was running as expected. We spent about 12 days with assorted fans , heaters, dehumidifiers running 24/7 and the wood was preserved for new flooring. If you want fast, quality work due to water damage, these are the people to call.

Angel and Tyler came out to my property today and helped resolve an emergency water leak. They were quick thorough and efficient. This is not your everyday group that you use everyday but when you need a professional to mitigate water damage, these people are the ones to call. Their team Dante, Angel, Tyler, Yaniel and Teddy are pros. Every one was knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, personable and obviously very well trained. They handled everything with our insurance company. Their containment system kept the mess out of the rest of the house. And they cleaned up and hauled off the damage. They worked non stop and came by often to take measurements of moisture, doc photos and let us know where we were in the process of drying out. I hope we don’t need their services again but you can be assured it we do, these are the people we will call. Thanks guys for making this less stressful.

Upon discovering a burst water pipe during a new dishwasher installation, we knew we had big problems. Only Kingsley Water Damage Services treated our issue like a true emergency!! They came right out, did the necessary demo, inside our home and under our home and had us drying out immediately!! Yes, immediately!! Dante, Angel and Yaniel are literally our heros!! Dante even arranged for a call with our insurance company, dealt with them directly and saved us some time. These guys checked on us daily until the drying process was complete!
