Had a 5 star experience with Kingsley. There was a shower water line that broke behind the wall and water was flooding everywhere! After getting a plumber to fix the leak Kingsley came out immediately and got to work. Angel was very communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. Even though I was out of state for this whole ordeal, I felt like I was taken care of with Angel. Thank you so much!

We woke up with 6 in of water in our den at 1am during an horrendous storm. They were out within the hour, knowledgable and thorough, and identified the issue and had us drying out within 30 minutes of being at our home! They checked on our case first thing the next morning and kept in touch and worked with us as we had to deal with insurance who is threatening to not cover the loss. Angel and Teddy are 2 of the kindest and most helpful technicians I have worked with, Dontae the operations manager equally so. In what is a horrible situation, I’m very thankful for this company and their people!

I reached out to this company and have been blown away by the customer service, from the initial phone encounter to the specialists coming to my home. Dante and Angel were very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone having a mold issue, you won't be disappointed!

Today I have water damage in my house and Angel and Teddy show up real quick and begin working on my house and they did a really good jobs and barely respectfully. Next day Jo Jo, Angela, and Teddy came to help get the old floors out and got everything cleaned up. Then later Dante came by and helped us understand the process.

I had seen a Kingsley van driving through my neighborhood, the awesome one with flames on the side of it. I had flagged the driver down, this is how I met Dante, asked him about a spot of concern in my bathroom that had appeared to be mold. He offered to swing by and take a look for me. I was impressed that he had stopped and took time to speak with me but when he offered to take a look I was blown away. He actually found more issues while looking through the house that I would never in a million years noticed. He did a mold test and gave me a very fair estimate on site for doing the work. Showed me on his meter that my home was reading wet all over the place 😢. If I do go through with this service I hands down will not go to any other companies. Between Dante on site and Kendria in the office who I spoke with just briefly about a few concerns with the age of my home. I feel like no one can go wrong with trusting Kingsley as your water, mold and fire restoration company 5 stars all day.

We bought our house three years ago and this was the first time having our dryer vent cleaned. Dante, Angela, and Angel did a good job. Our clothes are drying much faster! We would definitely use them again.

Kingsley did an awesome job. Very prompt service by Angel and Angela and prompt removal by Joe and Teddy. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Angel checked on the work almost everyday during the process. Dante was an awesome manager of the project. Hopefully this won't happen again, but if it does, we know who to call.

Dante and Teddy were exemplary to work with! I had an issue with a moldy dresser in my home, and Dante offered me incredible support over the phone. Dante and Teddy then removed the dresser from my house, set up an air filter, and the room is like new after two days! Kingsley's team was on site quickly and they were able to quickly start working on the damage. They took all necessary measures to protect the stairs and furniture throughout the process. They also created airtight spaces to prevent dust and debris outside of the affected area. Very efficient and knowledgeable team! Kingsley is the company to call concerning Water Damage. We had a mess when our daughter flooded our upstairs bathroom. Insurance wasn't very helpful and I was stressed. I called Kingsley and they were at my house within 15 mins. When we discovered my washing machine and leaked water from upstairs into my kitchen, Kingsley came out rather quickly to assess and prevent any future water damage. They came out several times over the next few days to check on the damage and progress. We did have an issue, but they fixed the matter. They are honest, hard working people!

I just want to shoutout for the excellent service that I received from Kingsley Water Damage Services. Dante Angel Tyler Teddy were extremely professional very knowledgeable of their job. My Tub overflow to my downstairs kitchen and guest bathroom. I was traumatized and didn’t know what to do. Water everywhere. I call Kingsley and they were very prompt gave an eta and met it. They assessed the damage and got right to work. I felt better after they start the restoration. They input fans and Humidifiers everywhere. Took the damage ceilings from kitchen and guest bathroom away in bags. Took up my master bathroom floor. They did cleanup very well. They came out everyday to monitor the drying process and put down stuff to prevent mold. I was extremely impressed with their work. I would recommend there company to anyone, you will not be disappointed and they were really do a good job for you.
