We can’t even begin to thank Kingsley for everything that they have done to help our family and our home! We worked with the most caring, professional and hard working people and need to personally thank Angel, Asario, Teddy and Dante! They came into our home and were so friendly and reassuring, they walked us through the process and showed us exactly where the mold and water damage was and how they will move forward. They prepped the entire area to insure our family is safe and that the area they were working in was contained, it was done with such care. When they came back to check on the progress from the machines they had running, they again walked us through everything and confirmed the work that was completed. Not only did they pack everything up and sweep but they also wiped down our floors! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my home and the safety of my family! We had a flood last week in an upstairs bathroom. Teddy and Angel came out within the hour and started the process of drying everything out to mitigate the damage. These guys were very professional and nice. I appreciate that they made sure everything was dry before finishing up. We avoided major damage with their help. I would give Kingsley’s 5 million stars if I could! They did a magnificent job in finding the source of the mold smell after about 3 other companies went in my attic and either couldn’t find it or didn’t take the time to look for it hard enough. Thank you Jo-Jo! Then the water removal and restoration was done in a clean, professional way. Thank you Angel and Teddy! From the first time I spoke with Dente on the phone to request an estimate, I knew that I was going with Kingsley’s to have my work done. ALL of them were honest and compassionate. They did only what needed to be done and nothing more. Nothing less. I highly recommend Kingsley’s to everybody who is looking for a water removal, restoration and remediation company. These people are some of the few who still care about people. They have a heart. Their prices are fair and affordable too.

She was very pleasant and easy to talk. To Donte who came out to test for mold. I had ALOT of questions but he took the time with me and put my mind at ease. Our experience with Kingsley exceeded our expectations. We had no idea what the extent of the damage was to our home from an upstairs toilet, so when I called to get assistance I wasn’t expecting someone to come out immediately. Thankfully they did as the damage was much more than we thought it to be. Everything was ripped out quickly and all the sanitizing, drying and humidifier machines were placed that night. Communication with EVERYONE was fantastic. They even dealt with our homeowners insurance to get everything covered. From the initial phone call to the placement of equipment, daily check-ins & removal of equipment, everyone was just wonderful. Kept us well informed from the start. Very grateful for such a wonderful crew!! Huge shout out to Angela for being there from day one for us!! We really appreciate all the hard work from this entire team.

My experience with Kingsley Restoration has been very reassuring during such a stressful time. All of the employees have been professional and polite. Conversations with Jean have been reassuring and the gentlemen who came to my home made me feel comfortable. Teddy, JoJo, Matt, Dante, and especially Angel should be commended for being such good representatives of the company. I am expecting the same service until the process is complete.

What a stressful experience water damage can be but the dream team sent by Kingsley made it a whole lot easier. Dante and Jojo were the first to arrive to evaluate my situation. I didn’t think my damage was as bad as it was and was a little leery at first but Jojo was extremely compassionate and reassuring and Dante just knows his stuff. I felt like I was in the right hands. In comes Teddy and Banks with the demo and they were very fast and very neat. All debris removed without a speck of spackle left behind. I could see how widespread the damage was and I’m glad I listened and moved forward sooner rather than later. After all is said and done I hope I never see these wonderful guys again (lol) but I send them out to water world with high recommendations. Thanks Kingsley.
