Bradley, Teddy, Dante, & Dave did an outstanding job. They showed up quickly and were working immediately on our water damage. Not only were they extremely thorough and professional, but went above and beyond with clean up. I highly recommend this team!

Called Kingsley after finding them on Google. We needed an urgent mold and moisture inspection. I called on the weekend and they scheduled me for later in the week, but kept me on a waitlist for an earlier appt. Called me back next day for an appt the following day, to which they arrived early and worked thoroughly to find the potential source of out issues. Mike and his team were polite, friendly, caring and thorough! We are waiting on a quote for repairs and look forward to having them do our repairs.

Mike and his team are responsive and professional. They do what they say they will do, and they provide clear and straightforward quotes. I have used them for emergency flood work (twice, unfortunately for me), and for more managed mold removal issues. They have been great in each instance.

Brian, Dante, Bradley and Chris were very professional. They answered all my questions when I asked during a somewhat stressful time. We had a water leak in the wall that went under our flooring.

Teddy, Bradley, Dante, Dave, and Mike were prompt, thorough, and very communicative, and Kendria is a phenomenal coordinator of the team. This is our third time using them this year (for three unrelated water issues!) and we would not use anyone else. Most recently, they were able to dry an original hardwood floor that had gotten completely soaked, so we won't have to try to find a matching replacement. I highly recommend their services!

I had Kingsley inspect mold infestation at my home. It was very easy to communicate and schedule the service and pricing was very clear up front. They came on time and despite the fact that I was not present at home, they inspected thoroughly and offered to do video chat to show me issues clearly and sent me a written report afterwards. Unfortunately we got flooded from that monster storm that hit Cape Coral 09/28. I suffered a traumatic brain injury and haven't been dealing well with this-my husband has been handling everything. He hired Kingsley Water Damage Restoration and we ended up with two fabulous gentlemen Bradley & Timmy. They not only worked constantly but also Bradley was always so kind in helping me when I would come in for our meds or the dogs food walk it back to our neighbors home who were so kind to allow the 3 of us to stay there while they had the heat/blowers running making our home 150 degrees. Mike also was willing to bill our insurance company directly avoiding us paying for their work! If you need a water restoration company ever you won't be sorry if you hire them! They are the best-kind considerate truly God's children

When my dishwasher leaked and caused a mold situation in my house and basement, I needed someone to dry the flooring and get rid of the mold. I didn’t know who to call so I browsed the internet for a company with good reviews. I chose Kingsley because I didn’t see any negative reviews! I can see after using them, why everyone gave them five stars! It’s difficult these days to find a company that is conscientious, prompt, and totally professional in every way! I have never worked with a company as kind hearted and caring as Kingsley. We bought a house that passed every inspection but somehow ended up having nasty mold growing in the kitchen behind the cabinets and several other issues. Mike was great at spotting everything and very honest, he even let me know about some of our pipes that we should have replaced to avoid future issues. They fit us in their schedule as soon as they could and got everything taken care of. Dante, Teddy, Angel and Elleatt all worked on things for us and gave us the best care and Kendria is super sweet and caring in the office too. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
