Trust the reviews Was out of state and got the call that a water line broke in my house. Arrived and walked into a heartbreaking mess. Without having any idea what to do or who to call. I looked on line and found Kingsley water damage cleanup. Reading a few of their 5 star reviews pointed me to my next decision. I called Kningsley and Jean told me to relax we will take care of this. A few hours later even on the weekend, Jojo, Austin, Dante and Anthony arrived and started in taking the steps to remove all of the water damaged material and setting up equipment to completely dry out, test and treat everything to insure no mold or further damage could result. Kingsley’s employees returned to the house every day to monitor and treat all the affected areas until they were satisfied that everything was satisfactory to move forward with repairs. Great people

Our home ministry office had black mold in the closet and office wall because of poor drainage from the outside wall. Angel came to give us an estimate, which was a great price. The scheduling was easy, the installation of equipment went quickly, with the help of JoJo and Armando. They were polite and professional. The office manager, Jeanne, was very patient with me, answering all my questions. Y\'all have a great team, and I highly recommend them!

A big thank you to Kingsley Restoration for helping my family through a tough time. After an unfortunate issue with our washing machine, we had water pouring out all over the up and downstairs of our home. I was so upset when I called in, but Kendria was such a calming voice and so helpful. She had Angel, Teddy, and Jojo out to our home before we knew it, and they got right to work. They were very respectful of our property and took care in moving our furniture and packing up some things that needed to get out of the way. Dante came out the next day and walked through everything with me and my husband. Jeanne contacted me daily to let me know what time someone would be out to check on the fans and always asked how I was doing. I am so thankful for the Kingsley team. They take customer service to another level.

Outstanding service and results. After having a pipe burst in my home I dreaded going through the remediation and subsequent repairs. Literally Kingsley came to my rescue. Angel developed a remediation plan to expedite the process and reduce subsequent repairs. He and Armando worked diligently and expertly to complete the work. Concurrently, Jeane at the office assured details were worked out and coordinated with my insurance company. The entire process was checked and monitored by Dante. Overall they are an outstanding and effective team and very much customer oriented. I highly recommend them.

This company was a saving grace during one of every homeowners worst nightmares. From the representative, Jeanne, to JoJo & all the workers that came with him to remove everything & clean up, they were all so friendly & professional. They were thorough & reassuring during such a stressful time, I honestly can’t say enough good things about them & all their hard work today! Unfortunately we had to call this company out on Sunday afternoon. From the first lady I talked with on the phone to the last lady I talked with on the last day, this company was wonderful. They responded very quickly and very compassionately. The crew JoJo,Teddy, Sam and Austin were all amazing. Definitely need a raise for their customer service, skills and compassion toward our family. So hard to find anybody to do a good job in a timely fashion anymore but these guys did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company for any water damage issues. Thanks so very much to everyone I talked with or dealt with from the company.

These are some of the kindest people! JoJo did such a good job at my home. He's kind, and he explained everything to me so I was in the loop. Teddy and JoJo both just really came in and took care of everything that had to be done. They were so thorough, and cleaned up everything so nicely. Even Jeanne from the front desk is amazing. :) They are really a wonderful company, and they all seem to really care.

Kingsley Restoration did an excellent job restoring our shed after it flooded and resulted in mold. Kingsley was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable, kind, timely, and communicates very well. Most importantly Jeanne has the best personality and she truly cares and follows up as she promises. This was our first time dealing with mold and we had tried everything before contacting Kingsley including bleach which did not work. Kingsley Restoration are pros with mold damage and we highly recommend them. There price is reasonable and the equipment they use eliminates the mold 100%. Their team has great customer service and it included Jeanne, JoJo, Angel, Kendria, and Dante! Fantastic Job to the entire team! No complaints at all! And we highly recommend them to anyone in Columbia and surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed at all.

This company offers SUPERIOR SERVICE! I had a water pipe burst behind my shower wall and from the very moment that I called they were all about helping me solve my problem. I happened to call just moments before closing and didn't get an answer but, unexpectedly, within 5 minutes of my call the lovely Kendria called me back. Shock was all I felt but from that moment on everyone I came into contact with did everything to help me. From Mrs. Jeanne and Mrs. Kendria answer my numerous phone calls and emails always setting my mind at ease. Mr. Dante and Mr. Angel inspecting everything and helping me find and resolve issues that they weren't obligated to do,like find a plumber after I had called 5 prior to calling them. This most certainly helped speed up my restoration process. Also my super heros Mr. Joseph aka (Jojo) and Mr. Teddy taking care of the demolition and cleanup while tredding those dangerously soft spots on the floors and bravely going into that dark and wet crawlspace. I can't tell you how grateful I am that they were helping me. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Teddy even went so far as to come back after my circuit breaker tripped after hours on a Friday when they had just left 15 minutes prior. Everyone made this catastrophe at my home feel like just a common simple fix. While having such great professionals like this, problems like this can't be anything other than simple. Angel, from Kingsley, was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the remediation which needed to be done on my home. He answered all my questions. He got right to work. I highly recommend Kingsley! Jean was friendly, concerned, made sure all my questions were answered quickly. Kendria helped with all insurance company questions. I chose Kingsley restoration due to the amazing reviews they had. I am here to tell you that the reviews are very accurate. I would like to thank Angel, Dante Yaniel, Teddy, Tyler, and Jane for assisting me with water damage that was done to my home. They came in right away and was very professional from the beginning until the end. Communication was excellent. The job they perform was excellent. I would most definitely recommend this company for your restoration needs. I will definitely be using this company again hopefully not soon but if I ever need to I know just who to call. Maybe a week before Christmas, my husband and I had a city sewer line back up into our house. Hundreds of gallons of raw sewage flooded my bathroom and crawlspace - it would have been even worse if nobody had been home to notice it, dam it in with towels, and carry it out in buckets. This is our first house and we had only moved in two weeks prior! Absolute nightmare. Kingsley Restoration was the first name to pop up when I searched for mitigation companies in the area and I am so happy that it was! They were out there maybe an hour after I called - they thoroughly cleaned and disinfected a VERY foul mess, took away what contaminated materials could be immediately removed, and set up machinery to keep everything dry and stabilized while we were away for Christmas. Since it was raw sewage, the floors, walls, and even the vapor barrier under the house had to come out and everything underneath/behind them disinfected. They removed everything but the walls; the office took care of contracting an asbestos abatement company for those. Now everything is done and ready to be replaced. At the time it felt like the end of the world, but they really did amazing work and even though everything still need repairing, it finally feels like things are on their way back to normal. As much as their experience and work is to be praised, I also want to mention the compassion and empathy I received. Everyone, from the men who came and worked on the house (Dante, Yaniel, Angel, Tyler, and Teddy) to the ladies in the office (Kendria and Jean), were all very supportive and understanding. They answered all of my (many) questions as well as they could, and I really felt *heard*. It meant a lot and really helped me stay sane. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I appreciate everything and can't thank them all enough!

This company is *amazing*. They were the 3rd company we spoke with regarding concerns about potential mold and requesting testing. The 1st two told us they'd call back. One we still haven't heard from, the other a day or so after expected. When your health could be at stake, you don't wait around for a phone call past the expectation, so I did some due diligence once again and called Kingsley, who was responsive in a timely manner. At every step, this company delivered and even went above and beyond. Dante came to assess, completed an inspection, and thankfully did not find mold inside the home (the area of concern was exterior but with concerns it could have moved inside). He was an excellent communicator, personable, and professional. He told us we could run testing on the air filters, but the ducts needed a good cleaning anyway so we just proceeded with the cleaning. Angel & Tyler came to clean the ducts. They, too, were wonderful. We spoke when they arrived about how the process works, and they also were personable, polite, and professional. Beforehand, I called into the office to find out what the process was so that pet arrangements could be made. Jean in the office told me her thoughts but then called back to confirm what she had told me. She double checked to be sure. She called towards the end of the cleaning and asked how the job was going and to make payment arrangements. *Top notch* customer service from this company at *every single step* and always answering any questions we had. I've already referred them to someone else needing duct cleaning and will continue to do so!

I highly recommend Kingsley Restoration! Our crawlspace and garage flooded during Hurricane Florence. Michael was able to come do an assessment within days of us contacting him - even before all the roads had opened up! He gave us a free estimate, clearly explained the process, and managed to start work a few days early when another customer had a change of plans. Throughout the whole process, Michael stayed in regular communication with us and worked to accommodate our needs. Extremely professional, Kingsley Restoration did an exceptional job on our crawl space and garage, and had us back to normal within just a few weeks (lightning speed, given the sheer amount of work to be done in our region after the storm).

Mike and his team are the epitome of the consummate professionals. My family and I just went through an extensive mold Abatement process. We are not contractors, so we were thoroughly confused at the process. I called Mike and explained the problem. He dropped everything and showed up he same day to assess how bad our situation was. The underside of our house is completely new, scrubbed, and clean.
