Hired them for mold testing and cleanup at my moms house. After having two other company's check for mold they were the only ones to find it and within three days they had it cleaned up. Leaving a review is the least I can do. I would definitely hire them.

Very fast response. They responded within minutes and were at my house within a couple hours. The mold testing is complete and we should have the results in a couple days. Where else can you get service like that? If it is mold we will absolutely use them for the cleanup.

For anyone wondering who to go with for mold removal....go with Kingsley! Our basement was completely covered in mold and I thought there was no recovering. Kingsley came in and completely removed all signs of mold. We were able to save our drywall and built ins. It was amazing! Mike is also very responsive and always kept me up to date on everything that was being done. He led me through the process, answered all my many questions, and left me feeling very confident about the handling of our situation. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Excellent service, Kingsley was at my house within 2 hours of placing request on thumbtack. They were also the only company that responded with pricing. $49 per mold sample, taken by a certified inspector is more than reasonable. Our total bill was $98 dollars because they took two air samples. They were upfront with the cost and didn't try to pressure me into buying more. I'm anxious for the results, that should be in today. If it turns out that we do have mold I will definitely hire them for the remediation. Kingsley is a great company and I would recommend them.
