Mike and his crew were professional and great to work with. It is never pleasant to deal with a family member's hoarding, but Mike definitely made it less awkward for me and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleanup.

After the floods last October, our finished basement was a complete mess. Mold EVERYWHERE. We didn't qualify for FEMA aid, and so we were left to foot the bill ourselves. Kingsley Restoration was a Godsend during a horrible time. Not only were they able to get us a quick appointment, but they were kind and respectful of our home. You wouldn't even know you had a work crew in your house. I'm so grateful to Mike, the owner, for explaining the process to me so I would feel comfortable. Now, 4 months later, you wouldn't know there was ever any water in our basement. And, so many times when you're in a vulnerable situation, you might feel like a contractor has taken advantage of you. But Kingsley Restoration charged us fairly for a quality job. I won't ever use anyone else again.

What started as a small water leak turned into a HUGE mold problem. Kingsley Restoration Personnel came to my rescue. Extremely fast service, friendly, efficient and the best price that I found. I would highly recommend them!
