We had an issue with flooding in our bathroom. JoJo and Armando showed up within 2 hours of calling and immediately got to work. They were very pleasant and were able to start the drying process quickly. JoJo came out again on a Saturday morning to verify everything was going as planned. JoJo returned yet again with Dante to give a final look over and make sure everything was completely dry before putting down a spray to prevent any mold from growing. I hope I never have a need for this type of service again, but if I do I will feel better knowing I can call Kingsley.

This company was a saving grace during one of every homeowners worst nightmares. From the representative, Jeanne, to JoJo & all the workers that came with him to remove everything & clean up, they were all so friendly & professional. They were thorough & reassuring during such a stressful time, I honestly can’t say enough good things about them & all their hard work today! I called this morning at 10:47 & they were there in an hour & got right to work. THANK YOU SO MUCH KINGSLEY WATER DAMAGE & STAFF!! 🙏🏼

Amazing experience with the whole crew that came out to Charleston all the way from Columbia! They were quick, efficient, and respected our home as if it were their own. Unfortunately we had to call this company out on Sunday afternoon. From the first lady I talked with on the phone to the last lady I talked with on the last day, this company was wonderful. They responded very quickly and very compassionately. The crew JoJo,Teddy, Sam and Austin were all amazing. Definitely need a raise for their customer service, skills and compassion toward our family. So hard to find anybody to do a good job in a timely fashion anymore but these guys did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company for any water damage issues. Thanks so very much to everyone I talked with or dealt with from the company.

1/13/2025 Jojo and Teddy are wonderful!! Extremely professional and personable. Any questions I had they answered very thoroughly and politely. If I ever have any questions or need anybody, they are definitely the company that I will call!!! 1/15/2025 Jojo Came back to pick up the air cleaning machines they had left here running for the last couple of days.. My house smells completely different! Then I spoke with Dante on the phone call while Jojo was here and he gave me all kinds of wonderful information to prevent future any issues and also sent me information on the type of air purifier that I can run in my house on a daily basis! He also gave me his phone number in case I have any questions! I’ve never had this kind of amazing service before.

When our dishwasher decided to break on us, leaving water seeping in between our flooring and subfloor, I ran to Google to find a restoration company. Kingsley had amazing reviews so I immediately called and spoke to Dante. He was very kind and professional and made me feel better about a not so great situation. We had Jojo and Teddy come out, and made the drive to Summerville to help take care of us. They were both great, and made me feel at ease. They even showed and explained to my son what all they were doing and how it worked. Very personable, hardworking, kind people!

JoJo and Teddy came out to my house the day I called. Took them less than 30 minutes to arrive and they had everything set up to start drying the water damage. They gave me peace of mind and reassurance that everything would be okay! Very professional, productive and nice guys. Would recommend Kingsley to anyone looking for any restoration work. I know I'll never call another company but them!

These are some of the kindest people! JoJo did such a good job at my home. He's kind, and he explained everything to me so I was in the loop. Teddy and JoJo both just really came in and took care of everything that had to be done. They were so thorough, and cleaned up everything so nicely. Kingsley Restoration did an excellent job restoring our shed after it flooded and resulted in mold. Kingsley was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable, kind, timely, and communicates very well. Most importantly Jeanne has the best personality and she truly cares and follows up as she promises. This was our first time dealing with mold and we had tried everything before contacting Kingsley including bleach which did not work. Kingsley Restoration are pros with mold damage and we highly recommend them. There price is reasonable and the equipment they use eliminates the mold 100%. Their team has great customer service and it included Jeanne, JoJo, Angel, Kendria, and Dante! Fantastic Job to the entire team! No complaints at all! And we highly recommend them to anyone in Columbia and surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed at all.

This company offers SUPERIOR SERVICE! I had a water pipe burst behind my shower wall and from the very moment that I called they were all about helping me solve my problem. I happened to call just moments before closing and didn't get an answer but, unexpectedly, within 5 minutes of my call the lovely Kendria called me back. Shock was all I felt but from that moment on everyone I came into contact with did everything to help me. From Mrs. Jeanne and Mrs. Kendria answer my numerous phone calls and emails always setting my mind at ease. Mr. Dante and Mr. Angel inspecting everything and helping me find and resolve issues that they weren't obligated to do,like find a plumber after I had called 5 prior to calling them. This most certainly helped speed up my restoration process. Also my super heros Mr. Joseph aka (Jojo) and Mr. Teddy taking care of the demolition and cleanup while tredding those dangerously soft spots on the floors and bravely going into that dark and wet crawlspace. I can't tell you how grateful I am that they were helping me. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Teddy even went so far as to come back after my circuit breaker tripped after hours on a Friday when they had just left 15 minutes prior. Everyone made this catastrophe at my home feel like just a common simple fix. While having such great professionals like this, problems like this can't be anything other than simple. They all are MVP's in my book. Thank you all for everything! 🙏🏽 ❤️ I appreciate you Kendria, Jeanne, Donte, Angel, Jo jo and Teddy! You all are wonderful!

We recently found a water leak in our upstairs bathroom that is above our recently renovated downstairs kitchen. We contacted a Matt Hall with Kingsley and he explained thoroughly how his company' Kingsley could help us in avoiding dangerous mold in our home. His company sent out a crew supervised by a man called Jo-Jo. They set up equipment and a contamination area. In three days, the area was dry. They did a professional job and they did exactly what they said they would do. I want to thank Kingsley and their workers that did this job!

What a stressful experience water damage can be but the dream team sent by Kingsley made it a whole lot easier. Dante and Jojo were the first to arrive to evaluate my situation. I didn’t think my damage was as bad as it was and was a little leery at first but Jojo was extremely compassionate and reassuring and Dante just knows his stuff. I felt like I was in the right hands. In comes Teddy and Banks with the demo and they were very fast and very neat. All debris removed without a speck of spackle left behind. I could see how widespread the damage was and I’m glad I listened and moved forward sooner rather than later. After all is said and done I hope I never see these wonderful guys again (lol) but I send them out to water world with high recommendations. Thanks Kingsley.

Today I have water damage in my house and Angel and Teddy show up real quick and begin working on my house and they did a really good jobs and barely respectfully. Next day Jo Jo, Angela, and Teddy came to help get the old floors out and got everything cleaned up. Then later Dante came by and helped us understand the process.

Kingsley did an awesome job. Very prompt service by Angel and Angela and prompt removal by Joe and Teddy. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Angel checked on the work almost everyday during the process. Dante was an awesome manager of the project. Hopefully this won't happen again, but if it does, we know who to call.
