Why did the customer contact us?
Solutions provided:
Kingsley's response to the Darlington kitchen fire was a critical, multi-phased mitigation and restoration effort that began with immediate site security and containment barriers using negative air pressure to prevent the spread of pervasive smoke and oily soot. Our certified team quickly addressed the damage by conducting minor water extraction from suppression efforts, aggressively deploying air scrubbers and ozone generators for air quality and odor control, and then meticulously cleaning all contaminated structural surfaces using specialized cleaning agents to remove stubborn soot residues. Finally, we performed a thorough contents pack-out, cleaning, inventorying, and storing salvageable personal items, ensuring the structure was thoroughly deodorized, sanitized, and fully prepared for the subsequent reconstruction phase.
