Kingsley rapidly responded to a serious Darlington residential fire, which originated in the garage and spread to compromise the main home's attic and roof structure, necessitating immediate, multi-zone stabilization and mitigation. Our team quickly addressed the extensive damage by deploying emergency roof tarping to prevent weather intrusion and stabilizing compromised garage and attic structural supports, followed by high-capacity water extraction from fire suppression efforts and removal of saturated debris. A core focus was the specialized soot remediation in the attic, where we safely removed all contaminated insulation and used HEPA vacuuming and chemical encapsulation on the exposed framing and roof deck, successfully eliminating contamination and odor while preparing the stabilized shell for comprehensive reconstruction.
