We woke up one Sunday morning and found that the freezer part of my fridge had leaked all over the kitchen floor. I immediately looked up water damage companies and I found Kingsley’s water restoration. I called the number and I got this very professional person at the other end named Jeanne. She told me exactly what needed to be done and contacted the crew of Teddy and Yarnel to come out. They were here within an hour. The project manager Dante first came by to asses the situation. He relayed to the crew what materials they needed to bring. Teddy and Yarnel quickly set up the blowers to dry out the floors. Before they put the blowers on the flooring had to be removed. They worked diligently to remove the wet floor. Teddy told me exactly what he was doing every step of the way. For 3 days the blowers were on and each day Dante came by to check the wetness. By the end of the 3 days the blowers were shut off. The water was dried up and then our next step was to have the insurance company check out the damage. The crew had pictures of the before and after and the paperwork was sent to the insurance company. Kendria in the office helped me deal with the insurance end of things.
I would very, very highly recommend this company for any water damage and restoration. Jeanne was amazing and the rest of the crew was outstanding! 😄 -
