A big thank you to Kingsley Restoration for helping my family through a tough time. After an unfortunate issue with our washing machine, we had water pouring out all over the up and downstairs of our home. I was so upset when I called in, but Kendria was such a calming voice and so helpful. She had Angel, Teddy, and Jojo out to our home before we knew it, and they got right to work. They were very respectful of our property and took care in moving our furniture and packing up some things that needed to get out of the way. Dante came out the next day and walked through everything with me and my husband. Jeanne contacted me daily to let me know what time someone would be out to check on the fans and always asked how I was doing. I am so thankful for the Kingsley team. They take customer service to another level.

Outstanding service and results. After having a pipe burst in my home I dreaded going through the remediation and subsequent repairs. Literally Kingsley came to my rescue. Angel developed a remediation plan to expedite the process and reduce subsequent repairs. He and Armando worked diligently and expertly to complete the work. Concurrently, Jeane at the office assured details were worked out and coordinated with my insurance company. The entire process was checked and monitored by Dante. Overall they are an outstanding and effective team and very much customer oriented. I highly recommend them.

We are so thankful for the recent work Kingsley completed in our home! From the first communication with Matt, the entire experience was professional and responsive. Dante explained the process very clearly and always made himself available to answer questions and check in on a regular basis. Angel was so awesome to work with! He managed his team well, always gave me a heads up to when we should expect them and when they were done for the day, and he provided regular updates on progress of the mitigation. And finally, Armando was fantastic. I really appreciated how he cleaned up all the materials each day. Absolutely phenomenal! Upon discovering about 1/4 inch of standing water in our guest bathroom (my 3yr old decided to continually flush a clogged toilet) I called Kingsley. I spoke with Dante at 7pm on a Monday night, and by 8:15, Angel was at my house and assessing the damage. He took moisture readings and removed some laminate flooring from the worst area and set up equipment to begin the drying process. The next day Angel and a coworker returned to check on the progress. Unfortunately, there was still moisture present in the baseboards, and the water had gone under the sill and into our adjoining office. After more demo and several more fans were added to the area, we were set for 2 days or drying. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone involved was professional, thorough, and very polite.

Angel and Armando were fast and professional! I had an upstairs toilet overflow and damage 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They were out the next day and quickly removed the damaged material and had fans and dehumidifiers in there to start the drying process. They also worked with my insurance to get all the necessary photos and invoices! 10/10 recommended this company, a breeze to work with!

Kingsley Restoration did an excellent job restoring our shed after it flooded and resulted in mold. Kingsley was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable, kind, timely, and communicates very well. Most importantly Jeanne has the best personality and she truly cares and follows up as she promises. This was our first time dealing with mold and we had tried everything before contacting Kingsley including bleach which did not work. Kingsley Restoration are pros with mold damage and we highly recommend them. There price is reasonable and the equipment they use eliminates the mold 100%. This company offers SUPERIOR SERVICE! I had a water pipe burst behind my shower wall and from the very moment that I called they were all about helping me solve my problem. I happened to call just moments before closing and didn't get an answer but, unexpectedly, within 5 minutes of my call the lovely Kendria called me back. Shock was all I felt but from that moment on everyone I came into contact with did everything to help me. From Mrs. Jeanne and Mrs. Kendria answer my numerous phone calls and emails always setting my mind at ease. Mr. Dante and Mr. Angel inspecting everything and helping me find and resolve issues that they weren't obligated to do,like find a plumber after I had called 5 prior to calling them. This most certainly helped speed up my restoration process. Also my super heros Mr. Joseph aka (Jojo) and Mr. Teddy taking care of the demolition and cleanup while tredding those dangerously soft spots on the floors and bravely going into that dark and wet crawlspace. I can't tell you how grateful I am that they were helping me. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Teddy even went so far as to come back after my circuit breaker tripped after hours on a Friday when they had just left 15 minutes prior. Everyone made this catastrophe at my home feel like just a common simple fix. While having such great professionals like this, problems like this can't be anything other than simple. Fantastic! I agreed to a fair estimate presented by Angel for water mitigation two days after hurricane hit. Next morning, a crew of 8 showed up and worked non-stop 10+ hrs to cleanup my home. Fans/dehumidifiers running for 4+ days. Now for the good part, they were empathetic, careful with my belongings, they capped off waterlines from vanities/cabinets, cleaned walls/floors, they offered me water!, they didn’t curse, they spoke highly of the owner Mike Kingsley. Had a 5 star experience with Kingsley. There was a shower water line that broke behind the wall and water was flooding everywhere! After getting a plumber to fix the leak Kingsley came out immediately and got to work. Angel was very communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. We woke up with 6 in of water in our den at 1am during an horrendous storm. They were out within the hour, knowledgable and thorough, and identified the issue and had us drying out within 30 minutes of being at our home! They checked on our case first thing the next morning and kept in touch and worked with us as we had to deal with insurance who is threatening to not cover the loss. Angel and Teddy are 2 of the kindest and most helpful technicians I have worked with, Dontae the operations manager equally so. In what is a horrible situation, I’m very thankful for this company and their people!

I just want to shoutout for the excellent service that I received from Kingsley Water Damage Services. Dante Angel Tyler Teddy were extremely professional very knowledgeable of their job. My Tub overflow to my downstairs kitchen and guest bathroom. I was traumatized and didn’t know what to do. Water everywhere. I call Kingsley and they were very prompt gave an eta and met it. They assessed the damage and got right to work. I felt better after they start the restoration. They input fans and Humidifiers everywhere. Took the damage ceilings from kitchen and guest bathroom away in bags. Took up my master bathroom floor. They did cleanup very well. They came out everyday to monitor the drying process and put down stuff to prevent mold. I was extremely impressed with their work. I would recommend there company to anyone, you will not be disappointed and they were really do a good job for you.

The morning of 8 Feb 2024 I woke up to water pouring from every light fixture in my house down stairs and gallons of water all over the floor. After turning off the water I called Kingsley on my brothers advice. With in 30 mins they had a crew out to my house Angel, Yamiel, Tyler and Teddy came in and started working to dry out house and pulled parts of the floor that had been damaged due to water. Bagged it and everything. Then they build some plastic walls to help dry out the areas, set up dehumidifier and a ton of fans and most important to me was they took every bit of care not to stress out my cats any more that what had happen. Angel came by each day to check on things and answered any questions that I had, even going as far as to answer my text. Kendria and Matt helped me with talking to my home insurance b/c who would ever thing there home would be flooded like this. Note for anyone reading this when the home insurance guy offers to get you a hotel take it, take your pets and go the fans are loud and it gets hot. My house was about 98 to 110 and sounded like a C130 was taking off. So while I hope no one ever has to deal with water damage in there home. If you do call Kingsley they are fast, professional and they will help with talking to your insurance company.

Maybe a week before Christmas, my husband and I had a city sewer line back up into our house. Hundreds of gallons of raw sewage flooded my bathroom and crawlspace - it would have been even worse if nobody had been home to notice it, dam it in with towels, and carry it out in buckets. This is our first house and we had only moved in two weeks prior! Absolute nightmare. Kingsley Restoration was the first name to pop up when I searched for mitigation companies in the area and I am so happy that it was! They were out there maybe an hour after I called - they thoroughly cleaned and disinfected a VERY foul mess, took away what contaminated materials could be immediately removed, and set up machinery to keep everything dry and stabilized while we were away for Christmas. Since it was raw sewage, the floors, walls, and even the vapor barrier under the house had to come out and everything underneath/behind them disinfected. They removed everything but the walls; the office took care of contracting an asbestos abatement company for those. Now everything is done and ready to be replaced. At the time it felt like the end of the world, but they really did amazing work and even though everything still need repairing, it finally feels like things are on their way back to normal. As much as their experience and work is to be praised, I also want to mention the compassion and empathy I received. Everyone, from the men who came and worked on the house (Dante, Yaniel, Angel, Tyler, and Teddy) to the ladies in the office (Kendria and Jean), were all very supportive and understanding. They answered all of my (many) questions as well as they could, and I really felt *heard*. It meant a lot and really helped me stay sane. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I appreciate everything and can't thank them all enough!

First, let me thank the men, Teddy, Angel, Tyler, Yaniel, Steven, Dante and Matt, who put in the hard work to pull out the kitchen floors and cabinets due to water damage from an unexpected leak. They arrived the same day we called, explained the process and told us their primary goal was to dry and preserve the wood so that new flooring could be installed. When we had after hours questions, they returned calls promptly and even sent two men to the house on a Saturday to double check the equipment was running as expected. We spent about 12 days with assorted fans , heaters, dehumidifiers running 24/7 and the wood was preserved for new flooring. If you want fast, quality work due to water damage, these are the people to call.

This is not your everyday group that you use everyday but when you need a professional to mitigate water damage, these people are the ones to call. Their team Dante, Angel, Tyler, Yaniel and Teddy are pros. Every one was knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, personable and obviously very well trained. They handled everything with our insurance company. Their containment system kept the mess out of the rest of the house. And they cleaned up and hauled off the damage. They worked non stop and came by often to take measurements of moisture, doc photos and let us know where we were in the process of drying out. Upon discovering a burst water pipe during a new dishwasher installation, we knew we had big problems. Only Kingsley Water Damage Services treated our issue like a true emergency!! I can't say enough good things about Kingsley, especially the crew that came out to our house. Dante, Angel, Yaniel, Teddy, Tyler, and even Kendria in the office. Everyone we dealt with was professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. We had a major sudden water leak and they had to remove about 700 sqft of hardwoods. I thought, this is going to take all week. But they had it removed and drying equipment installed in about a day and a half. Dante and Angel came back to make sure everything was drying out right and answered any question I had in person or on the phone. I would highly recommend using them for any water related issues or cleanup.

This company is *amazing*. They were the 3rd company we spoke with regarding concerns about potential mold and requesting testing. The 1st two told us they'd call back. One we still haven't heard from, the other a day or so after expected. When your health could be at stake, you don't wait around for a phone call past the expectation, so I did some due diligence once again and called Kingsley, who was responsive in a timely manner. At every step, this company delivered and even went above and beyond. Dante came to assess, completed an inspection, and thankfully did not find mold inside the home (the area of concern was exterior but with concerns it could have moved inside). He was an excellent communicator, personable, and professional. He told us we could run testing on the air filters, but the ducts needed a good cleaning anyway so we just proceeded with the cleaning. Angel & Tyler came to clean the ducts. They, too, were wonderful. We spoke when they arrived about how the process works, and they also were personable, polite, and professional. Beforehand, I called into the office to find out what the process was so that pet arrangements could be made. Jean in the office told me her thoughts but then called back to confirm what she had told me. She double checked to be sure. She called towards the end of the cleaning and asked how the job was going and to make payment arrangements. *Top notch* customer service from this company at *every single step* and always answering any questions we had. I've already referred them to someone else needing duct cleaning and will continue to do so!

We had significant water damage occur upstairs that also damaged much of the downstairs. Kingsley responded within a couple of hours of our call and set up immediate containment and spent the rest of the week remediating all affected areas. Dante, Elliott, Angel, and Teddy were professional, timely and informative throughout. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Dante, Angel, Elleat & Teddy are a wonderful team. I called the Kingsley office shortly before 9am and they were in my water damaged home less than 2 hours later. They're efficient, respectful, hardworking and considerate of your time. They were working in my home for the next 4 days. I received calls 30 minutes prior to each arrival, clear instructions and open communication. Great team, I recommend them to ANYONE with water damage.

I unfortunately had an extensive water damage situation where I needed help. Angel Teddy Donte and Elliot with Kingsley restoration all were excellent. Every question answered and everything done was explained to me the reason for it. They were punctual and always stuck to the schedule. Got our home dry in a matter of days. Very thankful to have used them and appreciate their hard work and time.

We hired Kingsley Restoration to dry and sanitize our house. They did a great job and charged a flat rate. The other quotes I received sounded good until they got here to give me a quote. Mike charged exactly what they said they would and finished on time. I'm happy I went with Kingsley. I would recommend them for your restoration needs.

After the floods last October, our finished basement was a complete mess. Mold EVERYWHERE. We didn't qualify for FEMA aid, and so we were left to foot the bill ourselves. Kingsley Restoration was a Godsend during a horrible time. Not only were they able to get us a quick appointment, but they were kind and respectful of our home. You wouldn't even know you had a work crew in your house. I'm so grateful to Mike, the owner, for explaining the process to me so I would feel comfortable. Now, 4 months later, you wouldn't know there was ever any water in our basement. And, so many times when you're in a vulnerable situation, you might feel like a contractor has taken advantage of you. But Kingsley Restoration charged us fairly for a quality job. I won't ever use anyone else again.
