Job completed for Severe House Flooding Recovery

Completion date: August 6, 2025

Location: Lake Murray, SC

Solutions provided:

This Lake Murray residence suffered severe flooding that spread quickly from the bathroom and living room into adjoining spaces. The sudden water intrusion saturated flooring, soaked drywall, and left behind soil and debris throughout the home. Kingsley's emergency response team arrived on-site to begin immediate mitigation and recovery.

Our certified water damage specialists performed full moisture mapping, strategic tear-out of affected materials, and high-powered structural drying using commercial-grade dehumidifiers and air movers. All contaminated areas were treated to prevent mold growth and further deterioration. The home was stabilized and prepared for restoration within 48 hours.

Team members on this project:

Angel Garcia, Dante Danieli, Kendria Clark, Joe Brisbon, Armando Villegas Baez, Samuel Witherspoon
