Kingsley did an awesome job. Very prompt service by Angel and Angela and prompt removal by Joe and Teddy. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Angel checked on the work almost everyday during the process. Dante was an awesome manager of the project. Hopefully this won't happen again, but if it does, we know who to call.

We have had multiple mold inspectors and remediation companies come to the house to try and help us find hidden mold that was significantly impacting our families health. Kingsley was by far the most thorough in looking for areas that mold could be present behind walls and under flooring that had previous water damage. I was so frustrated by the dismissiveness of my concerns by all the professionals that had come prior to Kingsley because none of them had the knowledge or insight on how to look for “hidden” mold and when they didn’t visually see any thing they gave simple suggestions and recommendations that I knew were a joke and would not help our situation. Once Dante did a full home inspection he restored my hope and sanity by confirming key areas that had obvious mold impact and gave us a very detailed remediation protocol that finally gave us a road map to fixing our home and our heath! Dante was very knowledgeable and professional and showed sympathy for our situation and the run around we continued to get from other companies that we had previously hired to help us. I am so grateful to Dante for the knowledge and recommendations he gave us and while we are still trying to prepare the home for remediations to begin, we are confident that Kingsley will be the company we use to move forward with fixing the invasive mold problems in our home.

We cannot express our gratitude for this company. They are amazing. The team of: Angel, Yamiel, Damte, Tyler and Teddy were awesome… so polite, doing whatever was needed, and always called before coming to the house. They helped us during the Christmas holidays when we had family coming in and made adjustments so our holiday wasn’t ruined.

First I want to thank the guys Teddy, Tyler, Yaniel, Angel, Dante. You guys rock. Love a company that knows what they are doing. Very knowledgeable about their work. I love the way they were taking care of my home like it was theirs. I will be recommending this company to the world just because of these guys. I can't say enough good things about Kingsley, especially the crew that came out to our house. Dante, Angel, Yaniel, Teddy, Tyler, and even Kendria in the office. Everyone we dealt with was professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. We had a major sudden water leak and they had to remove about 700 sqft of hardwoods. I thought, this is going to take all week. But they had it removed and drying equipment installed in about a day and a half. Dante and Angel came back to make sure everything was drying out right and answered any question I had in person or on the phone. I would highly recommend using them for any water related issues or cleanup.

I called Kingsley around 6:30am upon waking up to a flooded bathroom and by 9:00am they were here with a full crew to tear out damaged areas and set up drying equipment. Van, Brian and Teddy were very friendly, punctual and communicative throughout the entire process. I would recommend Kingsley without hesitation. My overall experience with Kingsley was an A+ I was able to get a hold of them immediately unlike like other companies that I called, they were very responsive and walked me through the whole process in a very respectful and professional way. Obviously it's never ideal to have extensive water damage, but everything at my house was quickly back to normal because of Kingsley! We had significant water damage occur upstairs that also damaged much of the downstairs. Kingsley responded within a couple of hours of our call and set up immediate containment and spent the rest of the week remediating all affected areas. Dante, Elliott, Angel, and Teddy were professional, timely and informative throughout. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We thought our boat was sunk when Christmas Eve our neighbor’s pipes burst and flooded our master bedroom. Fortunately, I called Kingsley first. They arrived on Christmas Eve to begin work immediately. In 6 days they had pumped the water out, removed the old carpet and pad, measured the damage, cut the drywall and trim affected, set up dryers and dehumidifier, monitored the mitigation with 3 days worth of sampling, dried everything out and were finished! Kendria, who manages the day to day customer service was more than just a voice on the phone. She was so helpful and respectful to me and my family. Kingsley took the pictures and tests that the insurance company needed and were keenly aware of what had to be done. We are extremely grateful to the men and women of Kingsley for all they do. This is the highest recommendation I can give you… Kingsley is a superior water mitigation company. Dante, Angel, Elleat & Teddy are a wonderful team. I called the Kingsley office shortly before 9am and they were in my water damaged home less than 2 hours later. They're efficient, respectful, hardworking and considerate of your time. They were working in my home for the next 4 days. I received calls 30 minutes prior to each arrival, clear instructions and open communication. Great team, I recommend them to ANYONE with water damage.
