I had seen a Kingsley van driving through my neighborhood, the awesome one with flames on the side of it. I had flagged the driver down, this is how I met Dante, asked him about a spot of concern in my bathroom that had appeared to be mold. He offered to swing by and take a look for me. I was impressed that he had stopped and took time to speak with me but when he offered to take a look I was blown away. He actually found more issues while looking through the house that I would never in a million years noticed. He did a mold test and gave me a very fair estimate on site for doing the work. Showed me on his meter that my home was reading wet all over the place 😢. If I do go through with this service I hands down will not go to any other companies. Between Dante on site and Kendria in the office who I spoke with just briefly about a few concerns with the age of my home. I feel like no one can go wrong with trusting Kingsley as your water, mold and fire restoration company 5 stars all day.

Dante and Teddy were exemplary to work with! I had an issue with a moldy dresser in my home, and Dante offered me incredible support over the phone. Dante and Teddy then removed the dresser from my house, set up an air filter, and the room is like new after two days! Excellent communication, excellent service, and an excellent experience with Kingsley Water Damage Restoration. Dante and Teddy are two genuinely kind people who helped me immensely throughout this moldy ordeal. I will be recommending this company to all of my family and friends in the area. I just want to shoutout for the excellent service that I received from Kingsley Water Damage Services. Dante Angel Tyler Teddy were extremely professional very knowledgeable of their job. My Tub overflow to my downstairs kitchen and guest bathroom. I was traumatized and didn’t know what to do. Water everywhere. I call Kingsley and they were very prompt gave an eta and met it. They assessed the damage and got right to work. I felt better after they start the restoration. They input fans and Humidifiers everywhere. Took the damage ceilings from kitchen and guest bathroom away in bags. Took up my master bathroom floor. They did cleanup very well. They came out everyday to monitor the drying process and put down stuff to prevent mold. I was extremely impressed with their work. I would recommend there company to anyone, you will not be disappointed and they were really do a good job for you.

I chose Kingsley restoration due to the amazing reviews they had. I am here to tell you that the reviews are very accurate. I would like to thank Angel, Dante Yaniel, Teddy, Tyler, and Jane for assisting me with water damage that was done to my home. They came in right away and was very professional from the beginning until the end. Communication was excellent. The job they perform was excellent. I would most definitely recommend this company for your restoration needs. I will definitely be using this company again hopefully not soon but if I ever need to I know just who to call. Thank you guys so much.

Maybe a week before Christmas, my husband and I had a city sewer line back up into our house. Hundreds of gallons of raw sewage flooded my bathroom and crawlspace - it would have been even worse if nobody had been home to notice it, dam it in with towels, and carry it out in buckets. This is our first house and we had only moved in two weeks prior! Absolute nightmare. Kingsley Restoration was the first name to pop up when I searched for mitigation companies in the area and I am so happy that it was! They were out there maybe an hour after I called - they thoroughly cleaned and disinfected a VERY foul mess, took away what contaminated materials could be immediately removed, and set up machinery to keep everything dry and stabilized while we were away for Christmas. Since it was raw sewage, the floors, walls, and even the vapor barrier under the house had to come out and everything underneath/behind them disinfected. They removed everything but the walls; the office took care of contracting an asbestos abatement company for those. Now everything is done and ready to be replaced. At the time it felt like the end of the world, but they really did amazing work and even though everything still need repairing, it finally feels like things are on their way back to normal. As much as their experience and work is to be praised, I also want to mention the compassion and empathy I received. Everyone, from the men who came and worked on the house (Dante, Yaniel, Angel, Tyler, and Teddy) to the ladies in the office (Kendria and Jean), were all very supportive and understanding. They answered all of my (many) questions as well as they could, and I really felt *heard*. It meant a lot and really helped me stay sane. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I appreciate everything and can't thank them all enough!

I had a broken pipe in my bathroom, Dante came out to look at it the next day and was super informative. Angel and Janiel came the following day, took out and discarded the damage super fast and left the bathroom spotless. We were able to do a thorough assessment, and we talked with them about an aggressive plan of action to remedy the situation. We worked directly with the homeowners’ insurance to secure payment for the claim, and we were able to start on the project immediately.

Water damage restoration began immediately. Water was extracted, vinyl flooring was removed from the laundry room, pad removed from underneath carpet and an anti microbial applied. Containment was set to create a drying chamber, dehumidifier and air movers setup to dry the area back to it’s dry standard. Kingsley billed State Farm directly and the customer paid nothing upfront.

We were on site shortly after the call starting the water restoration process. Luckily the customer had already called her insurance company so by the time we arrived we were able to start immediately. When we left at night, drying equipment was set up and the homeowner was happy.
